M100 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the m100 platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering for or using any m100 service, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the m100 platform — including the website, mobile app and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the m100 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms in effect.
The m100 platform is exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and m100 reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet the age requirement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the m100 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. m100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure account security and meet compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised or not — is the account holder's responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the m100 support team immediately.
